At IPACK-IMA 2025 in Milan, Gruppo Mondial unveiled two breakthrough solutions from HepcoMotion that are reshaping industrial automation: the DTS+ system and the GFX system with TMS.

The new DTS+ takes the Driven Track System to the next level with a clamping technology that eliminates belt perforation, enabling higher speeds, greater load capacity, and enhanced scalability. With modular layouts—linear, oval, or rectangular—DTS+ optimizes floor space and integrates seamlessly with robots and automation inside the track circuit.

Meanwhile, the GFX with TMS, developed in partnership with Beckhoff, brings unmatched flexibility. Each mover operates independently with full positional control, while the Track Management System ensures precise transfers between circuits, even across multiple levels. This innovation minimizes footprint and maximizes productivity without halting operations.

With these compact, high-performance solutions, HepcoMotion and Gruppo Mondial reaffirm their commitment to delivering linear transport technologies that meet the demands of modern manufacturing: faster, more flexible, and more efficient.
